Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest of the children of the singer Dionne Warswick, and gospel music legend Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew as a child in a household of musicians. At the age of a small girl, Houston began singing professionally with her church's choir. Houston sang the backing vocals for Chaka Khosn's single from 1978 Im Every Woman with her mother. In the year 1981, she was a model and appeared on the Seventeen album cover. She also provided back vocals for Lou Rawls and Jermaine. The singer began her career as a vocalist in the band Material. the New York-based funk band Material and it was the excellence of her vocal work in the band that caught the attention of major record labels, including Arista which she signed with in 1983 and where she stayed for the rest of her professional career. The debut Whitney Houston album was released in 1985. It became one of the best-selling albums of an artist. The album All My Love was released in 1985 and became a number one single. The album sold three million copies in its initial album's first year of release in the US as well as make 25 million copies worldwide, earning her the first of her six Grammys. The Whitney 1987 record, featuring The album's tracks, such as Where Do Broken Hearts and I Wanna Dance With Somebody as hits, helped build upon the success she had achieved. But the 1992 film The Bodyguard sealed her spot as one of the most successful musicians ever. While her movie performance and soundtrack was not appreciated but the Dolly Parton cover I Will Always Love You as well as the album accompanying it were top of the charts all over the world for several months. Their daughter Bobbi was born in the month of March of 1993, a year after she wed Bobby Brown. At this point, her drug abuse became well documented and she started using it daily until 1996.
Dana Bash or Dana Ruth Schwartz in the way she's popularly known as an American anchorwoman reporter as well as CNN's political correspondent.
